About L'Imparfait Negociant

Hinterland Winery and Montreal restaurateur Dave McMillan teamed up to craft this natural wine with biodynamically grown grapes (fancy way of saying they treat the vineyard super nice). It's a mix of Pinot Noir and Marquette grapes, with a little skin-contact Savagnin thrown in for good measure. Expect juicy fruit flavors with a touch of earthiness, all thanks to letting the wild yeasts do their thing and minimal intervention in the cellar.
